The Knight of Ren User Manual
The Knight of Ren
Congratulations on being the proud owner of one of our unique Crossguard designs, The Knight of Ren lightsaber!
Assembly
Each of our Knight of Ren lightsabers comes with 3 polycarbonate blades included, one which is 92cm long, has 2mm thick walls for heavy combat, a 1" diameter, and a bullet tip, and 2 smaller ones to create the unique Crossguard. It also comes with the main hilt piece and 3 smaller hilt pieces for the 3 blade emitters (see images below for reference):
The hilt pieces do not require tools and simply thread into place until tight.
Also included with your saber will be a small sealed bag containing your USB power cord, an Allen wrench, and spare screws.
For details on locking in the blades with the included screws, view our Assembling The Saber article.
For instructions on using / learning all of the features, please review our manuals for RGB-X and Xenopixel models.

Warnings
This product is an LED light-emitting toy; prolonged staring may affect your vision. Children under 5 years old should not use this product. These sabers are hard and durable. Please use with caution, as strong impacts with body parts can potentially result in serious harm.
Please use the original USB charging cable included with your saber. You can charge by connecting to your computer’s USB port, or through the 5V1A output. Please avoid charging with higher-voltage cables. Please charge fully before first use. It is recommended to fully empty and recharge the battery once a month.
This product has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which is not waterproof; please avoid contact with water!
The film inside the blade tube guides the light along the blade - please do not remove the film.
The blade tube can be removed and/or replaced, and the blade emitters can be unthreaded and removed temporarily, but other disassembly of the hilt will void any warranties.
There are 4 small screws that can be removed, replaced, or loosened/tightened with the included Allen wrench. These are for removing, replacing, or adjusting the blade tube. The other screws on the grip are used for internal components and should not be touched.
The bullet tip at the end of the polycarbonate blade has been known to come off on some blades when the blades are used in particularly heavy combat. They can reinserted with glue designed specifically for plastic repair if this should happen (products like JD Weld Plastic Repair are good choices).
