Assembling The Saber

Each of our lightsabers comes with a polycarbonate blade included, all of which have either 2mm or 3mm thick walls for heavy combat and a bullet tip. Also included are a USB power cord and an Allen wrench - no extra tools are necessary!

There are small screws either in the bag with the Allen wrench or already set up in the screw holes near the blade emitter that are responsible for locking in the blade. Ensure they are loose enough to insert the blade fully (remove the outside plastic film and black safety plug first), then tighten a few rotations for each screw until you are satisfied with their grip. You can test by attempting to bend or twist the blade - if it doesn't twist or wobble, it should be tight enough.
